The 43-year-old man pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual assault in the third degree.
Initially, two female victims filed complaints with the Kodiak Police Department. Then, three more victims came forward to escort in guangzhou file additional charges.
Prosecutors say the assaults took place between spring 2006 and March 2008.
Pruitt will be on probation for 10 years following his release. He also is required to register as a sex offender for life.
